Q: What is an Executive Assistant (EA)?
A: An EA partners with executives and small business owners to help them with their tasks. All work is done remotely.
Q: Why wouldn't I just hire my own employee instead of hiring WP Consulting?
A: Since our EAs are independent contractors and not your employees, you save time, money, AND overhead:
EAs don't need your office space or supplies
Your business doesn't pay payroll taxes on EAs
EAs don't require health or Worker's Comp insurance
Since EAs aren't your employee, there is no new hire orientation or long-term training (Read that as "They can pretty much start immediately!")
EAs work when you need them to so there are no workers sitting around your office getting paid when there isn't enough for them to do
